Welcome to the Ladies 5s. Our ethos fun, support and encouragement. The team is split by back to hockey players and young colts experiencing adult hockey for the first time.

Our training focusing on building skills for matches, team work and fitness.

We are a fun 'all inclusive' team that strive to win, but want to give all our players the environment that they can learn and grow as hockey players together. The 5s are a positive, forward looking team that enjoys every moment that they play together.
